Privacy Policy

When you request a diagnostic, report, estimate, or consultation, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, website, project context, and message.

With your permission, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot may record site usage, traffic source, advertising click identifiers, and conversion events. Analytics events do not contain the name, email, company, or message entered in a form.

We use information to respond to requests, deliver requested material, assess potential engagements, protect the site, and, when permitted, measure website and advertising performance. Inquiry records are delivered to Tenten's HubSpot CRM for handling and follow-up.

The site defaults to essential functionality. Google Consent Mode communicates your choice to Google, and measurement storage, advertising storage, and HubSpot tracking are enabled only after you accept non-essential cookies. You can change your choice through Privacy choices on the site.

Vercel provides website infrastructure, HubSpot supports forms and relationship management, and Google provides analytics and advertising measurement. These providers may process information outside your jurisdiction under their security and contractual safeguards.

We keep information for as long as needed for these purposes, reasonable business records, or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use access and security controls appropriate to the data, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
