30-Day GEO Authority Sprint

Technical readiness gets you considered.Credible sources make you worth citing.

After your owned site is technically ready, spend 30 focused days building the expert, editorial and community signals that answer engines can encounter beyond it. We prepare and pursue honest source authority; editors, communities and AI systems keep independent control.

A distinct second move

Fix what you control. Then earn what you do not.

The Authority Sprint is not a renamed technical audit, backlink package or stealth reputation campaign. It begins only when the owned-site facts and expert claims are ready to survive outside scrutiny.

GEO Fix Pack

Repairs controlled surfaces: crawler access, structured data, entity facts and citable on-site pages.

Authority Sprint

Works across independent surfaces: expert contributions, editorial relationships, disclosed partners and real communities.

Fixed output categories

A defined campaign system, not a promised mention count

The proposal fixes which categories are in scope and who approves them. Exact asset and outreach volumes depend on the diagnosed market, language and evidence readiness and are written before kickoff.

O1

Source and opportunity map

Prioritized editorial, expert, association, directory and community sources aligned to the agreed market and question set.

Evidence: source rationale, status and owner

O2

Attributable expert contribution kit

Approved expert viewpoints, fact sheets, bios, supporting sources and contribution angles that can be truthfully attributed.

Evidence: approved claims and source trail

O3

Earned outreach and participation

Editorial pitches, expert responses and authentic community participation executed within publisher and platform rules.

Evidence: activity log and disclosed relationship

O4

Authority evidence handoff

A clear record of sent, accepted, declined, pending and published activity, plus dated engine observations and next recommendations.

Evidence: status, not outcome inflation

We commit to the approved work and evidence trail. We do not commit to how many editors accept, communities engage, pages publish, engines cite or rankings change.

Four-week workflow

Map → Prepare → Earn → Prove

Every week ends with an inspectable handoff. Third-party decisions remain visibly separate from work Tenten controls.

  1. Week 1 · Map

    Diagnose the source landscape

Freeze the market, priority questions, expert roster, evidence gaps and independent sources that influence the category.

Handoff: approved source map and campaign boundary

  2. Week 2 · Prepare

    Build contribution-ready expertise

Turn approved facts and expert points of view into bios, fact sheets, commentary and outreach angles suited to the selected sources.

Handoff: attributable expert and pitch assets

  3. Week 3 · Earn

    Run transparent outreach

Pitch editors, respond as real experts, activate disclosed partners and participate authentically in selected communities under their rules.

Handoff: activity log with relationship disclosures

  4. Week 4 · Prove

    Separate activity from outcome

Record what is sent, accepted, pending, declined or live; preserve public evidence and add dated, engine-specific observations without claiming causality.

Handoff: evidence register, open statuses and next actions

Planning tracks

Scope by market reality, not by inflated tier names

National, local and multilingual are planning dimensions selected during diagnosis. They are not automatically bundled markets, outlet counts or coverage claims.

National

Map category publications, expert sources, associations, directories and communities for one defined national market.

The proposal names the market and source types; national coverage is not guaranteed.

Local

Prioritize regional media, associations and communities where verified local facts and expertise are relevant.

The proposal defines each geography; local participation never means fabricated local identity.

Multilingual

Create locale-specific source maps and transcreated expert assets that respect disclosure and community norms.

The proposal names included languages; multilingual does not mean every locale by default.

Ethical off-site policy

Authority must remain true when the source is inspected

We pursue independent recognition without manufacturing consensus. Paid or partnered activity must be disclosed; earned editorial control stays with the publisher.

We will do

  • Real expert contributions

Use named, authorized people and claims they can substantiate.

  • Earned editorial outreach

Pitch useful expertise while editors keep independent acceptance and wording control.

  • Disclosed partnerships

State commercial or partner relationships wherever the channel requires or readers would reasonably expect it.

  • Authentic community participation

Participate through real identities, useful answers and each community's rules.

We will not do

  • Coordinated fake testimonials

No manufactured praise, review rings or coached false experiences.

  • Paid editorial disguised as earned

No purchased coverage presented as independent endorsement.

  • Undisclosed seeding

No hidden commercial posting, astroturfing or coordinated consensus.

  • Fabricated personas

No invented experts, customer accounts or deceptive community identities.

  • Guaranteed citations or placements

No promise that a publisher, community, search engine or AI answer will cite, rank or recommend you.

Proof boundaries

Read the evidence label before the result

A proof format tells you what can be attributed. It does not turn an example into an Authority Sprint outcome.

named

Named

The customer identity and attributable supporting evidence are public.

anonymized

Anonymized

One real customer record is documented while identity is withheld; method and limitations remain visible.

illustrative

Illustrative

A composite or scenario explains a method and is never presented as one independently attributable customer result.

Tenten's Proof Center labels every record. Illustrative composites must not be read as independently attributable Authority Sprint client outcomes.

Fit boundaries

For credible expertise that needs independent discovery

The sprint works when the underlying facts, people and point of view are real. It cannot manufacture authority around an unprovable claim.

Good fit

  • Your owned site and entity facts are ready enough to support outside scrutiny.
  • Authorized experts can contribute attributable, defensible perspectives.
  • A focused national, local or multilingual source landscape can be defined.
  • You want one finite campaign before deciding on ongoing outreach.

Not a fit

  • You need technical site fixes before off-site work begins.
  • No expert can stand behind the claims being promoted.
  • Success requires a guaranteed placement, citation, backlink, ranking or recommendation.
  • The brief depends on hidden sponsorship, fake personas, mass posting or manufactured testimonials.

Engagement and quote

Diagnose the source scope, then quote the sprint

This is a one-time 30-day engagement, quoted after diagnosis. The written proposal defines market and language scope, output categories, approval owners, fee and evidence standards before kickoff; this page does not invent a public price.

  • C1No ongoing retainer is required for the defined sprint.
  • C2Third-party acceptance, publication, community response, backlinks, citations and rankings are not guaranteed.
  • C3Paid or partnered opportunities proceed only with approval and appropriate disclosure; external media or sponsorship costs are never hidden inside an earned claim.
  • C4Anything outside the written market, language and output scope requires a new decision, not quiet expansion.

Authority Sprint FAQ

Set the rules before outreach begins

Is this a backlink or digital PR package?

No. Links may be a natural result of useful independent coverage, but the work is organized around attributable expertise and credible source presence. We neither sell link counts nor promise placements.

What is fixed if outlet counts are not?

The 30-day duration, selected market and languages, output categories, approval path and evidence standard are fixed in the proposal. Asset and outreach volumes are diagnosed and written there; third-party decisions remain outside the guarantee.

Can Tenten guarantee ChatGPT or Google AI will cite us?

No. We can improve the quality and discoverability of credible source signals and record dated engine observations. Publishers, communities, search systems and model outputs change independently.

Do national, local and multilingual tracks run together?

Not automatically. They are scope dimensions. Diagnosis determines which markets, geographies and languages belong in the sprint, and the proposal names them explicitly.

How is proof presented?

Every record should be labeled named, anonymized or illustrative. Named and anonymized records require attributable evidence boundaries; illustrative composites explain a method and are never claimed as one customer result.

Ready to earn authority without manufacturing it?

Bring the market, expert roster and source problem. We will diagnose whether a focused 30-day campaign is responsible and define the written scope before quoting it.
