One-Sprint GEO Fix Pack
An audit report does not change your site.Shipped fixes do.
Choose one high-priority backlog of GEO technical and content gaps. We implement the agreed changes, follow your release process, and re-test what shipped: all within one bounded engagement. No second strategy deck, and no pretending an AI answer can be guaranteed.
One approved backlog · One implementation sprint · One evidence handoff
01 · Audit
Freeze the priority list
Handoff: approved scope and baseline evidence
02 · Fix
Implement at the right system layer
Handoff: pull request, staging change or deployable patch
03 · Prove
Re-test what can be re-tested
Handoff: before/after checks, validation results and open risks
Fixed scope
Freeze the backlog before the work begins
A Fix Pack is for changes that can be defined and accepted. Before the sprint, we agree priorities, access, release risk and acceptance criteria. New discoveries do not quietly expand the engagement.
Technical discoverability
Implement agreed structured data, robots and AI-bot directives, llms.txt, metadata, internal-link or entity-fact fixes where the stack supports them.
Page and entity patches
Patch selected pages with answer-first passages, clearer heading structure, FAQs, consistent facts and citable explanations. This is not a disguised ongoing content engine.
Deployment evidence and handoff
Depending on access, deliver a pull request, staging changes, a deployable patch or precise implementation instructions, with a change log, validation results and next recommendations.
Scope boundaries
- The backlog, acceptance method, owners and release path are approved in writing before the sprint.
- New requests, major refactors, migrations and net-new content programs are scoped separately.
- The client provides required access, reviewers and a workable release window; unauthorized systems are not changed.
- We verify implementation and deployment, not ChatGPT rankings, citations or traffic guarantees.
Audit → Fix → Prove
Every fix needs a source, a change and evidence
We separate finding a problem from completing a fix, so report completion cannot masquerade as a changed website.
- 01 · Audit
Freeze the priority list
Bring an existing GEO audit or use a scope review to confirm the gaps, sprint backlog, acceptance criteria and explicit exclusions.
Handoff: approved scope and baseline evidence
- 02 · Fix
Implement at the right system layer
Make the agreed changes in code, CMS, theme, configuration or page content according to access and platform, while preserving review and rollback paths.
Handoff: pull request, staging change or deployable patch
- 03 · Prove
Re-test what can be re-tested
Verify responses, crawler access, markup, rendered content and deployment diffs. AI answers are recorded only as dated, engine-specific samples, not promises.
Handoff: before/after checks, validation results and open risks
Platform tracks
One objective, four safe implementation paths
The Fix Pack is not a one-click auto-fixer. The delivery method depends on your stack, access, release process and approved backlog.
Next.js
Product sites with a reviewable repository and release pipeline
Scope may cover metadata, JSON-LD, crawler rules, AI-readable resources and selected page components, usually delivered through a pull request or approved changeset.
Follow the existing architecture, tests and release gates; do not rewrite the application merely for GEO.
WordPress
Content sites maintained through themes, plugins and editorial workflows
Adjust approved theme or plugin settings, schema output and selected pages in staging, or provide a deployable snippet package.
Avoid blind plugin stacking; confirm conflicts, caching, permissions and rollback first.
Shopify
Commerce sites driven by themes, metafields and product data
Within scope, patch theme output, JSON-LD, metafields, product facts and discoverability settings.
Do not change checkout, transaction logic or third-party apps without explicit access and approval.
Generic HTML
Static sites, custom CMSs and server-rendered template systems
Patch templates, head output, server or CDN directives and selected passages, then provide a deployable diff or implemented change based on access.
When source or release access is unavailable, provide an acceptance-ready guide rather than claiming deployment.
Fit boundaries
Best for teams that already know what needs fixing
The Fix Pack creates leverage through focus. If the problem is still undefined, an audit is usually faster than changing things at random.
Good fit
- You have a GEO audit, technical list or small set of high-priority gaps with clear acceptance criteria.
- One internal owner can make tradeoffs, review changes and coordinate release.
- The site is stable enough to constrain changes to known pages, templates or settings.
- You want to ship one backlog before deciding on ongoing operations.
Not a fit
- You need to redefine the market, ICP, site architecture or full content strategy.
- You need a migration, major rebuild, ongoing content production, digital PR or link acquisition.
- You cannot provide required access, a reviewer or a viable release window.
- You require a guaranteed ChatGPT ranking, citation or immediate traffic result.
Engagement and pricing
The scope is fixed. The price is not invented in advance.
The Fix Pack receives a written quote after scope review. Pricing depends on the approved backlog, platform, access, review and deployment requirements. This page does not claim a standalone public fee that Tenten has not established.
- C1A bounded one-time implementation engagement; no ongoing retainer is required.
- C2Bring an existing audit roadmap, or start with a scope review. If the gaps are not clear, we will recommend the GEO Audit first.
- C3Current public policy credits the GEO Audit only toward Growth or Fully Managed plans. The Fix Pack is not automatically credited toward another service unless a written proposal says so.
- C4Scope, fee, acceptance criteria and responsibilities are agreed in writing before kickoff.
Fix Pack FAQ
Set the boundaries before anyone changes the site
Do we need a GEO Audit first?
Not always. If you already have an acceptance-ready priority list, you can go straight to scope review. If the brief is still as broad as ‘make the whole site more GEO-ready,’ an audit is safer and faster than random implementation.
What exactly gets fixed in the sprint?
Only the backlog approved in writing. Common categories include schema, crawler directives, llms.txt, metadata, entity facts, internal links and citable passages on selected pages. The proposal lists the actual items; ‘complete optimization’ is not a substitute for scope.
Do you change the site or only hand us code?
It depends on access and release policy. We can deliver through a pull request, implement in staging, or provide a deployable patch and acceptance guide. We claim only the work actually completed.
How does the Prove stage show the fixes worked?
We first verify repeatable facts: deployment diffs, HTTP behavior, crawler access, markup, rendered output and errors. AI-answer checks are dated, engine-specific samples because model results vary; a single observation is not a ranking guarantee.
What does the Fix Pack cost, and is it credited later?
There is no public uniform price today. A written quote follows scope review and reflects backlog, platform, access and deployment needs. Current public policy credits the GEO Audit toward Growth or Fully Managed plans; the Fix Pack has no automatic credit unless your written proposal explicitly includes one.
Already have the roadmap? Ship the fixes next.
Bring your audit, backlog or most urgent gap. We will first confirm whether it fits one sprint, then return a clear scope and written quote.
Scope before quote · No required long-term contract · No AI ranking or citation guarantee
